Policies:
- The number of overnight guests: 4 persons, regardless of age. No additional overnight guests.
- Check-in time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM. Checkout is before 11:00AM
- Quiet hours are from 10:00PM until 7:00AM - Common areas are also closed during this time
- Smoking is not permitted, including on the condo balcony
- No pets are allowed
- No events are allowed
- No glass at the pool. No floaties at the pool. Only white towels.
- The building requires a government issued photo ID at check-in from all adults
Terms
- A $450 USD deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Payments are due as follows:
- 50% of the total – Due 2 months before arrival
- Remaining 50% – Due 2 weeks before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 1 month before arrival for a 100% refund.
Security Deposit
- The initial $450 deposit is refundable after your damage-free stay.
